How To Attract And Sponsor Exceptional People

As a network marketer, you want to sponsor the best people you can into your business, right? Now, human nature being what it is, we as people, tend to hang out and associate with people just like us. So, when it comes to attracting really good people into your business, try this 2-part exercise.

Part 1:

Write down the attributes and characteristics of the perfect person you would like to have in your business. What characteristics would that perfect person have:

  • Hard working
  • Self motivated
  • Fun
  • Honest
  • Outgoing
  • etc

You get the idea.

Part 2:

You now have a list of characteristics of the perfect person you would like in your business. So, here comes the really powerful part of this exercise. On a scale of 1 – 10, rate YOURSELF on each of the characteristics. So, for example, you might be a 6 for hard working and a 7 for being self motivated whatever it is so you rate yourself. When you have rated yourself for each characteristic, you will then be in a position to see where you need to improve yourself for each characteristic. So if you only rate yourself, say, 5 for being outgoing, you then can see that you need to work on that characteristic in order to attract someone who is outgoing. Very powerful stuff!!
